Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
• Intimate or sanitary goods

• Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

• Book with obvious signs of use
• Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
• Items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

If approved, a refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is posted).
3. Contact your bank (processing time may apply).

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. Once returned, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Delivery time for exchanged items may vary by location.

For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
